You need to be a member of retrokare.com in order to shop. Then you can complete
your shopping by adding the product you want to your cart.

   

   Can I have my order gift wrapped?
 

If you specify that you want gift wrapping in the notes section, your product will be gift
wrapped.
   

   What are your payment methods?
 

You can make your payments by debit and credit card.
 

   Is there an installment option for credit cards?
 

In the pricing section of the products you purchase, you can find information on how
many installments you can pay by credit card.

   Do your prices include VAT?
 

Yes, they are. VAT is included in our prices.

 

   Is my information safe?
 

You can use your credit card safely. All your credit card information is protected with
SSL Certificate.

 

   How many days can I receive my order?
 

Your order will be shipped within 3 days at the latest after we receive it. After cargo
delivery, your product will be delivered to you between 24 and 48 hours depending
on the province you are in.

 

   How do I cancel my order?
 

If your order has not been shipped, you can start the cancellation / refund process by
contacting us at info@retrokare.com or our contact number. If your order has been
shipped, you cannot cancel it because the product is 2nd hand and you do not have
the right of withdrawal for 2nd hand products.
